What you get
Within 48 hours, a written assessment: which instrument makes sense, eligible costs, indicative aid intensity, scoring and main risks. If we go ahead with an application, we expect around 18 hours of your time: a meeting (2 h), documentation (8 h), application review (8 h).
Work and fees are agreed in advance.
Our proposal may include up to three components: a fixed fee for preparing the application, a success fee payable only if the project is approved, and a separate fee for project implementation, if agreed. The proposal specifies the scope of services, work phases, deadlines, and payment milestones. Fees depend on the project's complexity, the number of partners involved, and the volume of documentation required. The initial consultation and preliminary assessment are free of charge. The final fee is agreed upon before work begins.
