We're hiring: junior consultant, project preparation.
What you will do
- Call analysis and checking the eligibility of clients and costs
- Project budgets and financing structures in Excel
- Writing parts of the application and preparing annexes
- Implementation documentation: procurement, reports, payment claims
- Communication with clients and implementing bodies, with mentoring
What we look for
- Economics, engineering, law or a related field; experience is not required
- Precision with numbers and text, the ability to ask good questions
- Written Croatian and English; Excel and Google Workspace
- Responsibility for deadlines and a willingness to learn on real projects
