This page explains what data Vemar Savjetovanje d.o.o. collects when you use the website or contact us for a project assessment.
Data we process.
We may process your first and last name, business email, phone number, company name, project description, basic investment details and technical data about your visit to the website.
Purpose of processing.
We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare the 15-minute call, produce the initial assessment, the offer, the contract and to provide consulting services. We use technical data to improve the website and measure visits.
Website analytics.
The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Plausible, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. We measure visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, contact clicks, call clicks, booking clicks and basic on-site behaviour. We do not send the content of your messages through analytics tools.
When a visit comes from a campaign, the site may temporarily store UTM tags and other campaign parameters in the browser's session storage so that an enquiry or booking can be linked to its source.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept analytics. Cloudflare and Plausible may be used as aggregated website analytics if enabled in the production configuration.
Legal basis.
Processing is based on legitimate interest in business communication, pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract and legal obligations where they apply. For analytics tools that require consent, you can give or refuse consent on the site.
Data sharing.
We share data only with trusted service providers when necessary for communication, hosting, record-keeping, visit measurement or service delivery, with appropriate safeguards.
