A framework for composable AI services in business processes.
Client: END2END
About the project.
Integrating advanced AI services into customer support systems is complex, expensive and often ties a company to a single technology provider.
The project develops a platform-independent framework that acts as an intermediary (AI Broker): through a visual interface, companies combine different commercial AI services within their business processes.
The target groups are medium-sized and large service companies that want to automate support without depending on a single vendor.
Our approach.
- Before the project started, we defined the development uncertainty and phases in a form the competent authority accepts.
- We prepared the application and the annual report with recognised costs.
- We handled communication with the ministry and the Tax Administration until the relief was approved for use.
- For the same client we also ran a project under the Investment Promotion Act (ZPU), now completed: aid was granted in 2023 and 2024, the annual reports were submitted and the employment obligation was met with a new job.
Result.
€266k of tax relief approved. One of the few projects of this kind with a confirmed full cycle: application, confirmation, annual report and approval.
Results of previous projects are no guarantee for a new application. The competent authority decides on the award.
